Received your mail info on registering. I am 86 and in good health but starting to have memory problems.
When will I receive an answer to you?
I have tried over six times to reach your company by phone to no avail. Are you still doing the study? Why aren’t you answering the phone ….and no answering machine. I let it ring over 20 times and was disconnected saying it was not a working number. The number I tried was 1 855-545-2128.

Thank you for the opportunity to see if I qualify to participate in your Memory Study. The tests to determine my qualification were both interesting and, toward the end, challenging. I look forward to hearing from you regarding my qualifying for the Study as at 69 I am increasingly concerned about my memory and overall mental acuity .
What is next ?
That last test with the patterns/colors was a confirmation that my short term memory is lacking. I had to take multiple tests over again. At end it said Thanks…. ? What now?

I took the memory test & it said I was done ,there was no exit key ? did I finish
I tried to take the test again after being told there were system problems and it was lost. Now system says the study is closed. Very frustrating indeed.
