To start the survey, follow these steps. Find your BD Global ID or Bard Employee ID. If your ID is less than 8 digits, append zeroes in front to make it 8 digits. For example, if it is 789865 then you should enter 00789865. After that click on, “Begin Survey” button.
If you don’t know your ID, then contact Associate Service Center (ASC), or if you are a Bard employee, then you should contact your local HR department.
