Great Store. Its Clean and easy to find things. Actually I like what they carry. The people that work there are always friendly and they price match. I go there all the time and they have a rewards program.
I always go to OSH for the everyday items needed to keep my home running smooth. Large items like lumber, cement, and electric wireing I go to the rip off big box stores. Stand in long longs and be rushed out the door. Your store on Saratoga Road has the best employee`s who know where your products are and are helpful where I am lost ! I am retired (65) and was thinking of appling for a part time job.

When it came to painting the Interior of my home I went to OSH Hardware ( Hollywood Store) Portland, Or. Store 303? Diana in the paint dept assisted me with every step. I ended up with Bengamin Moore. Great Paint Top Shelf. On Sale !! Good call Diana!! She also assisted me with choosing colors tints and supplies. She was professional all the way. I had an exceptionally nice experience on Thursday, January17’th. After, some misinformation and miscommunication, my large wicker storage box was delivered (after my handyman failed to pick it up,) the manager had the item delivered by two, nice,courteous young men. Kudos to George Carter and the other gent!
I like having a small hardware store in Yorba Linda, CA where products can be easily found without having to walk long distances like in big-box stores. What I don’t like, is having the Orchard Supply male staffers treat women customers as if they are ignorant and lack common sense. The store’s male staffers don’t need to ask women if they need help just because they may take time to read product labels before making informed decisions, are looking at the available merchandise or, are just browsing the store. I enjoy going to Orchards, but the process of doing a survey from the receipt is so messed up I have never really found how to do it, so I usually don’t.
I just visited the new Osh in my neighborhood and am very pleased. I went to look for a gas wall heater but they don’t sell them. I still ended up buying a new wild bird hanging water dispenser. I didn’t even know they made them. I was happy with that. Beautiful new store. I will go back. The cashier was very nice and friendly and made ME want to work there. She seemed to enjoy her job.
I WENT TO YOUR ARROYO GRANDE, CA STORE TO GET A FOUNTAIN PUMP. THE WOMAN AT THE DOOR AT 1:30PM SAID SHE COULD HELP ME, TOLD ME WHERE TO GO AND MADE ME FIND IT FOR MYSELF. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL. NOT HAPPY WILL NOT COME BACK, ESPECIALLY FOR A COUPON WHICH ADDS UP TO 10% OFF. YOUR STORE IS A WASTE OF MY TIME.
I went to the San Diego store in the San Carlos Area, the staff were extremely helpful in finding exactly what I needed to complete my home improvement project.
I went to Osh in Tustin looking for a 1/2″ x3″ ratchet extention. I had all ready been to harbor freight and Ace hardware with no luck. A very friendly manager named Monica along with another staff person helped me find the tool I needed. The Tustin Osh is a very nice store.
April 19th Nick helped me and even loaded the mulch in my truck.
