Brinkertcpasettlement.com is a Class action settlement from Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and OneCommand Inc. for making unauthorized automated calls to consumers. The people who were contacted can get either $40 cash or $90 voucher from these companies.
The case was built on the basis that Normandin (car dealership in California) was involved in automative tele-marketing which was in violation of TCPA.

If you don’t want to be a part of the settlement, you can exclude yourself by that deadline. Do note that, if you submit your claim, you cann’t ever create any other lawsuit in this regard.
